Terms and conditions
The terms for using BrandCare and the client portal.

1. Who we are
BrandCare is a service of SOWETO GRAPHICS (PTY) LTD (“Soweto Graphics”, “we”). Contact: info@sowetographics.co.za.
2. Your service agreement
Each membership is governed by a service agreement that sets out the plan, price, work-unit allocation, eligible services, exclusions, turnaround, revision policy, renewal and cancellation terms. If these terms and your agreement differ, the agreement applies.
3. Work units
Work units measure creative effort. Units are reserved when the scope of a request is confirmed and recorded as used under the rule stated in your agreement. Reserved units are returned if a request is cancelled before they are used. Unused units expire or roll over according to your plan. Units have no cash value.
4. Requests, proofs and approvals
You are responsible for the accuracy of briefs, copy and materials you supply. Approval of a proof by an authorised contact confirms that the content, spelling, dimensions and details are correct. Final files are released after approval.
5. Exclusions
Unless your agreement includes them, BrandCare excludes physical printing, installation, transport, fabrication, external supplier costs, photography sessions, location filming, talent, travel, stock licensing, major software development, complete website redesigns and extensive integrations.
6. Fees and payment
Fees are invoiced as set out in your agreement. Payments are confirmed only once received and reconciled. We may pause work on accounts with overdue invoices after giving notice.
7. Intellectual property
You keep ownership of materials you supply. Ownership and licensing of final deliverables, and of any third-party assets such as fonts or stock, are recorded with the delivery and in your agreement.
8. Portal accounts
Keep your login details private. The account owner controls who may access the company account, approve work and view billing. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
9. Changes and cancellation
Membership changes and cancellations are requested through the portal and take effect as set out in your agreement, once confirmed by Soweto Graphics.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as stated in your service agreement. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act where it applies.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
